A look at how yoga can help with anxiety and stress, tips on breathing and physical postures. The workshop includes a one hour physical practice to alleviate stress and anxiety from the body and a metta meditation to promote self care. You will get a hand out to take home and a chance to ask questions with a refreshment and home made snack provided. Price £20.
